Χτισμένο στην καρδιά του Μανχάταν σε μικρή απόσταση από το Σέντραλ Παρκ, το κτίριο που βρίσκεται στο 432 της Πάρκ Άβενιου φιλοξενεί κατοικίες υψηλών απαιτήσεων. Πρόκειται για έναν ουρανοξύστη που τελείωσε το 2015, έχει ύψος 426 μέτρα, 96 ορόφους και θεωρείται το τρίτο ψηλότερο κτίριο στην Νέα Υόρκη αλλά και ένα από τα πιο ακριβά και επιβλητικά σε όλον τον κόσμο. Όλα τα διαμερίσματα έχουν πρόσβαση στην βιβλιοθήκη, την αίθουσα συσκέψεων, την αίθουσα προβολών, και το κατάστημα κρασιού που διαθέτει ελεγχόμενη θερμοκρασία. Σε δύο ορόφους υπάρχει γυμναστήριο, σάουνα, χαμάμ, δωμάτιο γιόγκα, υπηρεσίες μασάζ και πισίνα μήκους ολυμπιακών διαστάσεων. Τον τελευταίο όροφο που επιμελήθηκε ο Matteo Nunziati είναι ένας χώρος ταυτόχρονα σύγχρονος και κλασικός. Για να το πετύχει αυτό έβαλε στα μεγάλα εμβληματικά τετράγωνα παράθυρα φαρδιές κορνίζες από ξύλο ευκαλύπτου, φωτισμούς LED και αυτόματες κουρτίνες. Το πάτωμα έχει καλυφθεί με τετράγωνα πλακάκια από ξύλο wenge που σχεδιάστηκαν από τον ίδιο τον Matteo Nunziati.
Για την τραπεζαρία επιλέχθηκε ως κεντρικό στοιχείο το φωτιστικό Atomic Pendant από την DelightFULL, το τραπέζι Filigree με καρέκλες Chelsea από τον Rodolfo Dordoni. Το συγκεκριμένο τραπέζι είναι σχεδιασμένο έτσι ώστε να αφήνει όσο το δυνατόν περισσότερο ωφέλιμο χώρο χάρη στην θέση των ποδιών και την πολύ λεπτή αλλά ιδιαίτερη δυνατή επιφάνεια που διαθέτει. Στο καθιστικό, ο καναπές Breeze με το συνεχόμενο κάθισμα σχεδιάστηκε από τον Nunziati, ενώ οι πολυθρόνες και το τραπέζι από τον Gio Ponti. Οι Molteni & C συμπλήρωσαν την επίπλωση του χώρου με την πολυθρόνα Allure armchair ενώ τα Trevi coffee tables σχεδιάστηκαν από τον Matteo Nunziati.
Completed in 2015, with its 426 meters high and 96 floors it is considered the third tallest skyscraper in New York however, considering the only height to the roof is the tallest building in the city.
The architectural project made by the architect Rafael Vinoly. The building it characterized by a very essential, rigorous design. The common areas are characterized by an extremely minimalist design, clean lines, regular spaces well illuminated by the numerous windows. It also has areas dedicated to common services for residents such as a billiard room with a library, cinema hall, children’s area and a wine shop with controlled temperature. In two floors there is a large equipped gym including fitness area, sauna, turkish bath, jacuzzi, yoga room and a 23 meter long pool. The restaurant on the 12th floor, managed by the chef Shaun Hergatt, is exclusively dedicated to residents and their guests and also offers a catering service at home on request. On the ground floor there is a large concierge service where you can also book various services such as laundry, domestic staff, driver, taxi, restaurants and entertainment ticket office.
For the interior design Matteo Nunziati covered the large square windows with a frame in eucalyptus wood with integrated cooling systems, LED lighting and automatic curtains. This frame enhances even more the elegance of the iconic large square windows. The floor is covered by a square plank in wenge finish designed by Matteo Nunziati. The furniture has been selected among the most prestigious international companies. Molteni & C furnished the living area with the Allure armchair and the Trevi coffee tables designed by Matteo Nunziati and the Filigree table with Chelsea chairs by Rodolfo Dordoni for the dining room. In the Family Living, the Breeze sofa designed by Nunziati, the armchair and the table designed by Gio Ponti.
